Indaba, founded by South African immigrant Irene on Vancouver Island, is a women-owned home and lifestyle brand dedicated to meaningful connections and handmade beauty. Inspired by the Zulu word for "gathering," Indaba collaborates with artisans worldwide, particularly in India, to create unique, handcrafted products. Each item tells a story, blending traditional techniques with modern design. Now WBE-certified, Indaba is run by Irene and her daughter Alison, supporting small businesses globally while celebrating the artistry and heritage of handmade craftsmanship.
